Anxiety: The experience of anxiety has a strong protective evolutionary function to keep us safe. Unfortunately for some, anxiety can lead to disabling physical symptoms and avoidance of situations, objects, people or places far beyond that which is useful for our safety.

Counselling Approach: Kelly is an endorsed Health Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist, working to provide her clients with practical strategies to reduce the physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety and to understand and address or or manage underlying thoughts and beliefs. Kelly works with clients to establish and then work towards attaining a better life, not constrained by anxiety. Kelly draws from her experience in treatments such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Health Coaching to match her client’s needs and strengths.
